We’re looking for a D365 F&O Business Analyst to support an implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Working with business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll translate business needs into clear requirements and help ensure solutions support day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and map current and future processes.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work with functional and technical teams to assess solution options.
- Support testing and UAT, including test scenarios, issue tracking and resolution.
- Assist with change management, user guidance and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and system use.
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst working with D365 F&O.
- Understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements or ongoing improvement.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and clear communication skills.
