We're working with a fast-growing UK fintech scaleup building a modern, fully integrated technology platform from the ground up. They are looking for an experienced Product Designer to make an impact quickly and help shape experiences that millions of users will rely on.
You'll be embedded across Product, Engineering, and Marketing, running user research, validating prototypes, and owning UX metrics that tie directly to business outcomes. You'll also contribute to an evolving design system and help set the standard for how great design gets done here.
You'll need:
- Strong portfolio spanning web, mobile, SaaS, and platform-level design.
- Proven experience with design systems.
- A background in start-up or scaleup environments where pace and ambiguity are the norm.
- Excellent Figma skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working with MCP servers.
