Our client is looking for a Product Associate, who will play a key role in ensuring everything works exactly as intended. You will sit at the intersection of business needs, technical teams, and end users in a fast-paced environment.

A significant proportion of this role will be dedicated to hands-on QA testing flows end-to-end, validating edge cases, checking content accuracy, and ensuring every user journey works seamlessly. You will act as the final quality gate before any product, feature, website update, or internal tool is released.

This is a product-focused quality role where you translate requirements into clear documentation and rigorously test real-world workflows. You ensure every release is fit for purpose, aligned to business objectives, and meets high standards of quality, usability, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Spend a large proportion of your time conducting structured QA testing across user flows, edge cases, website journeys, and internal tools.
  • Systematically test features end-to-end, documenting bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities with precision.
  • Act as the final quality gate, validating that products, content, and tools meet requirements, business objectives, and user expectations.
  • Validate user journeys, identify usability issues, and ensure solutions are intuitive and fit for purpose.
  • Support website and digital content quality, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across user-facing pages.
  • Drive continuous improvement by using feedback and test outcomes to enhance products and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Content teams, promoting a culture of quality and accountability.
What we are looking for
  • Experience or strong interest in product quality, QA, business analysis, or digital product environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail - you notice inconsistencies, edge cases, and small errors others miss.
  • Comfortable with structured, repetitive, detail-driven testing work and methodical validation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a disciplined, process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable test scenarios.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to document clearly and precisely.
  • A user-centric, quality-first mindset and strong sense of ownership.
  • Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Backgrounds that could be a strong fit:
  • A degree in English, History, or another writing-intensive discipline.
  • Experience in digital content, website management, or structured documentation.
  • Early-career product, QA, or operations professionals looking to deepen product expertise.
What They Offer
  • Up to £70k and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid working model (4x per week in the central London office).
  • Real opportunities for progression as the business scales.
  • The chance to influence both customer experience and product development.
  • A culture that values ownership, impact, and continuous learning.
