Our client, a MarTech business building an AI-driven platform that helps teams make better decisions about digital content and performance, is looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Blending hands-on coding and strategic leadership.
- Ensuring engineering excellence: enforcing code review standards, implementing practical testing strategies, maintaining CI/CD hygiene, and defining clear completion criteria.
- Managing engineering teams in a product-focused environment (startups or scale-ups preferred).
- Leading cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Operations).
- Full-stack technical proficiency: able to review, unblock, and guide frontend and backend development.
Required skills:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design, data modeling, testing, and operational readiness.
- Frontend: React, TypeScript.
- Java 17+, Python (FastAPI).
- Databases: DevOps: Docker, CI/CD.
