We are recruiting on behalf of a client currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across their Finance function, on behalf of a business undergoing a major ERP transformation. As part of this rollout, they are looking for an experienced D365 Trainer to lead end-user training and adoption for their finance teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a training specialist with strong D365 expertise to play a key role in a multi-country go-live, supporting 100–110 finance staff across the UK, Spain, and Romania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-user training for D365 Finance modules to finance staff across three countries
  • Develop training materials, guides, and process documentation tailored to different user groups
  • Work closely with the project team to align training delivery with the wider ERP implementation timeline
  • Support super-users and act as a point of contact for training-related queries during go-live
  • Adapt training delivery to suit multilingual/multi-site teams (UK, Spain, Romania)

What We're Looking For

  • Solid, demonstrable experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 training, ideally within Finance modules
  • Previous experience training end-users through an ERP implementation (not just BAU support)
  • Confident communicator, comfortable delivering training to varied audiences and skill levels
  • Experience training geographically dispersed / multi-country teams is highly desirable
  • Finance/accounting process knowledge is a strong advantage

This is an outside IR35 contract and hybrid with travel to the West London office 1-2x per week.
