THE ROLE
Key responsibilities
The Network Engineer is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our clients\β ICT environments.
Specific duties
Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:
LAN, WAN and WLAN Networks β Implementation, development, maintenance & support
Telephony β Internet based (Cloud), SIP β Implementation, development maintenance & support
Network and Perimeter Security β Implementation, development, maintenance & support
Voice & Data Specific advice, project and consultancy
Delivery of services provided in accordance with performance requirements and in line with resolution times against KPIs and SLAS
Provide appropriate responses to incidents, service requests and change requests
Managing customer expectations including feedback to and from customers
Own and ensure that system administration and status monitoring processes are maintained and followed
Opportunity
This role is an excellent platform for experienced professionals to take their career to the next level and an opportunity unlikely to be found anywhere else. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for technical hardware/software /cabling, bandwidth engineering, configuration planning, administration, and support of data and voice communications networks, including facilities planning. You will work with the technical lead, other teams, and call centers telephony and other departments to provide a stable and managed network infrastructure.

Firewalling β Checkpoint, Cisco (ASA), Juniper, McAfee, Palo Alto, Fortinet
Network Monitoring/Network Troubleshooting / Diagnostics
