TechBiz Global is a leading recruitment and software development company. Our diverse, globally distributed team provides IT recruitment, outstaffing, outsourcing, software development, and different consulting services with a primary focus on making our partners achieve their business goals successfully. With headquarters in Germany, we have successful clients all over the world. We can understand your unique needs. Our team has hands-on experience with the challenges that come with rapid growth and the IT sector. That’s why all of our offerings are built with a tech mindset.

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager (Freelancer) for our client. You will play a vital role in assisting the team of Microsoft. You will enjoy a dynamic and versatile work environment of a successful European market-leading company, focused on assisting our central Microsoft marketing team to improve the European marketing campaign project management.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Campaign Support: Assist the European Marketing Manager in the end-to-end coordination of go-to-market (GTM) projects and marketing campaigns across 31 countries. This includes interpreting campaign briefs from the EMM and turning them into actionable project blueprints, ensuring each campaign is set up for successful execution in our project management system.
  • Content Coordination: Refine and adapt marketing content for various campaign channels, with a focus on social media and digital platforms. You will customize provided copies and creative assets to fit campaign needs and ensure the content is engaging and on-message for each local market.
  • Campaign Management: Use our project management tool (e.g., Wrike) to update and manage campaign workflows. Create and assign production tickets to internal teams or agencies and oversee the development of campaign materials in cooperation with our group agency. Coordinate the execution of campaign deliverables (such as newsletter sends, social media posts, and paid ads across platforms), making sure all activities are completed on schedule and to expected quality standards.
  • Translation Implementation: Manage the translation process for campaign materials using our Translation Management Tool. Ensure that all content is translated accurately and delivered to local teams for approval, so that each country can execute campaigns in the appropriate language.
  • Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between the central marketing team and country marketing managers (and other stakeholders). Make sure local teams are informed about each campaign’s timeline and deliverables, have the approved content in hand, and understand what actions to take for successful local execution. Maintain open and proactive communication to promptly address questions, provide regular status updates, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of campaigns against established KPIs. Use tools and reports to see how each campaign is performing and gather insights that can be used to optimize current and future campaigns.
  • Data Collection & Compliance: Assist in gathering data and evidence needed for campaign planning and reporting. Collect all Proof of Execution (POE) documents and handle necessary paperwork for vendor claims, ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines.
  • Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports on campaign outcomes and project statuses. This includes producing month-end reports with a list of all projects and purchase orders (POs) you worked on, along with timelines or status updates for each. Summarize key results and learnings to share with the team and stakeholders.
Your Profile:
  • You have a degree in communication management, marketing management, project management or comparable experience.
  • You have proven project management experience in digital marketing (preferably in the ICT industry).
  • You have very good written and spoken English.
  • You have excellent user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • You have experience with project management tools (ideally Wrike).
  • You work in a solution-oriented and quality-conscious manner.

You will become part of a fun team that embraces diversity, professionalism, and a good sense of humor. If you think you have what it takes to succeed in this position, we’d love to hear from you.
