Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute a business development strategy for Europe, aligned with organizational goals. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with Banks, PSPs (APIs & EMIs), Fintechs, and other licensed financial institutions for cross-border payment services. Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders for collaboration and growth.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by acquiring clients, expanding market share, and cross-selling products. Achieve sales targets and performance objectives.

Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience
- At least 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles within financial services, fintech, or cross-border payments sectors.
- Proven success in managing and expanding businesses in Europe.
Industry & Regulatory Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem, trends, challenges, and key players.
- Familiarity with European financial regulations and compliance.
- Existing relationships with PSPs, Fintechs, and Banks in Europe & UK, especially in their correspondent network departments.
