About the role
We’re growing fast and looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our journey! This is an exciting opportunity to roll up your sleeves, shape our sales strategy, build processes from the ground up, and make a big impact—all while working closely with the Founders.
Responsibilities
- Sales Cycle Management: Take the lead on sales calls, connect with potential customers, and guide them through the entire sales journey—from first conversation to a signed deal.
- Strategic Input: Help identify the best sales channels to drive leads and new opportunities. Collaborate with our marketing and sales automation teams to fine-tune outreach and improve lead generation.
- Process Development: Build and improve our sales funnel, making it smooth and scalable. Continuously adjust strategies based on feedback and data to keep us on the cutting edge.
- Client Engagement: Occasionally represent us at industry events and build meaningful relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in startups or SaaS solutions.
- Confidence managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Strong people skills—you’re great at building trust and delivering value to clients.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for key meetings and events.
