At TechBiz Global, we are currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of active network equipment at the customer's premises
- Rollouts of peripheral sites
- On-site technical support for customers
- Troubleshooting
- Communication with the back office and updates regarding the progress of tasks
- Communication with the customer and updates on the progress of work
- Ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts at the customer’s NOC
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education degree in Information Technology
- CCNA-level technical knowledge (Routing/Switching, Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP addressing, NAT, DHCP, MS Windows)
- CCNA certification
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken & written)
Desired Qualifications:
- Configuration of Cisco devices (Routers, Switches)
- Knowledge of Internet protocols (DNS, static and dynamic routing)
- Know-how and experience in cabling infrastructures
- Previous experience in a similar role
