Our Mytholmroyd facility is a key part of our operations, supporting customers across the UK and beyond.
We are currently looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing/Fitting team at our Mytholmroyd site.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting, fabricating, vulcanising, and assembling conveyor belt materials, including PU, PVC, PTFE, modular, and rubber belting
- Measuring accurately and working from technical drawings and specifications
- Operating cutting tools, sealing equipment, and welding machinery (full training provided)
- Manufacturing products in line with production schedules and quality standards
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality requirements are met
- Packaging finished belts and preparing orders for shipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
- Participating in an on-call rota system, as required

- Requires standing for long periods and hands-on manual work

What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing or fabrication (plastics, fabrics, or similar preferred)
- Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work and standing for long periods
- Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions
- Forklift experience and truck license required
- Sewing machine experience is an advantage but not essential
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
