We are currently looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing/Fitting team at our Mytholmroyd site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cutting, fabricating, vulcanising, and assembling conveyor belt materials, including PU, PVC, PTFE, modular, and rubber belting
  • Measuring accurately and working from technical drawings and specifications
  • Operating cutting tools, sealing equipment, and welding machinery (full training provided)
  • Manufacturing products in line with production schedules and quality standards
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure quality requirements are met
  • Packaging finished belts and preparing orders for shipment
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area
  • Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Participating in an on-call rota system, as required

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing or fabrication (plastics, fabrics, or similar preferred)
  • Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work and standing for long periods
  • Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions
  • Forklift experience and truck license required
  • Sewing machine experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
