What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic and operating plans aligned with DDC's overall vision and objectives.
  • Deliver strong financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA expansion, and cash flow generation.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, productivity initiatives, and best-practice implementation.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for organic growth, including new markets, geographic expansion, and new products or service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, industry partners, and corporate leadership.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, safety, ethics, and performance.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team while building succession plans for future growth.
  • Evaluate business risks and opportunities, implementing strategies that protect and strengthen the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, governance requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Provide regular business updates and strategic insights to DDC executive leadership and, when required, the Board of Directors.

What You Bring:

You are a proven business leader with a track record of driving growth, leading teams, and delivering results. Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent executive experience is considered an asset.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive responsibility as a President, General Manager, Managing Director, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success with full P&L accountability and delivering revenue growth, profitability improvements, and strong cash flow performance.
  • Experience in conveyor belting, industrial products, engineered solutions, or related manufacturing sectors is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience leading industrial, manufacturing, engineered products, technical solutions, or related businesses.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to translate vision into measurable business results.
  • Deep financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, KPI management, and performance reporting.
  • Hands-on operational leadership experience focused on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • A proven history of identifying and executing growth opportunities through market expansion, new business development, and innovation.
  • Strong commercial leadership skills, including sales management, customer relationship development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • A leadership style grounded in integrity, accountability, and a commitment to creating long-term value.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: £110,000–£125,000

STIP, LTIP and car allowance

Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates who are required to relocate for this position.
