Techbelt is a specialist manufacturer of high‑quality conveyor belts and materials for demanding industrial applications, including food processing and manufacturing. We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on Belt Fabricator to join our in‑house production team at our Elland facility. This is a practical, workshop‑based role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, following specifications, and producing consistent, high‑quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cutting, fabricating, sealing, and assembling conveyor belt materials (PU, PVC, PTFE)
- Measuring and working accurately from drawings and specifications
- Using cutting tools, sealing equipment, and welding machinery (training provided)
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Packaging finished belts and preparing them for shipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

- Sewing machine experience is an advantage but not essential
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
