We are looking for a TUPE Consultant & its 12 month Full Time Contract
Location : London, UK (hybrid)
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
In depth knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations, particularly with
regards to TUPE, redundancy, restructuring/reorganisation, dismissals and grievances.
A working and practical knowledge of TUPE principles and regulations.
Able to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
Ability to effectively apply knowledge in practical workplace situations.
Skilled in managing interpersonal dynamics, including conflict resolution, emotional
intelligence, overcoming resistance, and demonstrating sensitivity.
Highly focused and determined, with a proven ability to deliver results and overcome
challenges despite obstacles.
