Our client is urgently need an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for their Leamington Spa location.

Role Details

  • Location: Leamington Spa
  • Office Attendance: 5 days per week in the office
  • Grade: C2
  • Salary Range: Base + Bonus + Benefits
  • Role type: Full-time/Permanent
  • Work authorization required: UK Citizens/Permanent Residents (ILR)

The Role

The HR Business Partner supports business units in delivering HR initiatives aligned to organisational goals.

The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, staffing and recruitment

, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UK employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

  • Support business leaders in executing HR strategies and workforce plans.
  • Coordinate and support end-to end recruitment processes including job descriptions, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and staffing teams to fulfil hiring requirements in a timely manner.
  • Assist in employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Handle employee queries and support employee relations cases with guidance from senior

HRBP.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, UK employment law, and GDPR requirements.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and learning & development activities.
  • Maintain HR data and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.
