The Role
As an Automation Test Lead, you will define, implement and govern automated testing strategies across complex systems, ensuring secure, compliant and high-quality software delivery. You will oversee API automation, event-based validation and test-framework engineering while collaborating closely with stakeholders across development, DevOps and QA teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of automation strategies across API-led and event-driven systems.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using C#.
- Drive API automation using RestSharp and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Gherkin).
- Support JWT token–based authentication and authorization testing.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Perform database testing across Cosmos DB and Neo4j-based datasets.
- Manage Excel-driven test data and ensure data-quality coverage.
- Execute business event automation and validation activities.
- Ensure secure, compliant and high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise standards.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with C# automation frameworks.
- Extensive API automation experience using RestSharp.
- Strong understanding of BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Gherkin).
- Experience with JWT-based authentication and authorization.
