The Role
As an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect, you will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking to lead the team and architect solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation team responsible for designing, developing and implementing Oracle Fusion applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to functional and technical teams, throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional & technical solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvements in software development processes tools and methodologies.
- Establish coding standards, best practices and quality assurance processes for Oracle Fusion development.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements in Oracle Fusion application.
- Manage the implementation team and ensure the deliverables are presented on time and with quality.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of learning and growth.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles, with a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
- Working experience in Onshore Offshore model.
- Hands-on experience in delivering large transformation projects and worked extensively in Public Service Domain in UK & Ireland.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS/PaaS Cloud application for Finance, SCM & Procurement business streams.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, modules and technologies.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle, AFT, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPM Suite.
- Leadership and team building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Oracle Fusion certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, proficient in architecting complex solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
