As an IT Service Sales Lead – Pharmaceutical Healthcare will play a crucial role in driving sales growth with a results oriented mindset and a strong determination to succeed. Your ability to build relationships at all levels, coupled with persistence and industry expertise, will be key to delivering value
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand a pipeline of new business opportunities in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.
- Support the creation, agreement, and execution of sales strategies, approaches, and objectives for the target market.
- Identify high-potential opportunities and craft persuasive business propositions and cases.
- Utilize bid review, approval processes, sales reporting, and pipeline management tools effectively.
- Establish and nurture senior-level relationships within target markets/accounts to maximize business potential.
- Drive new business sales and revenue growth in the designated sector.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in IT outsourcing sales within the UK and Ireland healthcare and life sciences sector.
- Extensive industry experience with a deep understanding of market competition and dynamics.
- Ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations and countries.
- Experience in selling IT & BPO services to life sciences and private healthcare organizations.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and market insights.
