Techary is seeking a proactive 1st Line Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for our MSP customers, logging incidents, triaging requests, and delivering timely, accurate ticket updates in line with SLAs.

You will collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line engineers, gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, and develop your technical and customer service skills within a fast-paced, supportive team.
