Luculent and Tech4Good South West offer a hands-on, full-time role split between two growing organisations. You will work with senior leaders across finance, operations and comms, gaining exposure to CFO-level decision making while developing broad business insights. No fixed degree required; training and mentorship are provided.
You’ll be based in Bath, with hybrid work and occasional travel to events across the South West. Salary is £27,500–£30,000, plus pension and progression opportunities.
