This senior role plays a critical part in delivering high‑quality, regulated laboratory services that support clinical trials and translational research. Your work will directly enable better diagnostics and treatments, improving outcomes for patients worldwide.

You will lead regulated Laboratory services, overseeing assay validation, operational delivery and compliance within clinical biomarker projects. Working with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure scientific excellence, regulatory alignment and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regulated Core Lab services and assay validation (ISO 15189, CLIA, GCLP)
  • Deliver mass spectrometry biomarker projects for clinical trials
  • Manage operational delivery, resources and project documentation
  • Oversee SOP development, quality assurance and compliance
  • Act as senior point of contact for clients and study teams
  • Train and supervise junior staff
Required Experience
  • Degree in a relevant biomedical or scientific discipline
  • Strong mass spectrometry experience including method development
  • Clinical or research laboratory experience handling human samples
  • Knowledge of quality and compliance in clinical trial environments
  • Excellent communication, organisation and data analysis skills
