Job Description
Highly successful, nationwide organisation is looking for an enthusiastic Infrastructure Engineer to work in their busy IT team. Primarily you will be providing face to face and remote support to end users.
There will also be opportunities to undertake challenging projects and extend your skill set and experience in various areas.
Qualifications
Ideally you should have at least a CompTIA+ or equivalent certification, 3+ years of experience in the sector, and good knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft 365 core technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Office Apps, and general admin)
- Servicedesk management and ticketing system Windows 2012R2 Server and later releases.
Work Location
The office is based in Reading and you must be prepared to travel to the office 5 days per week.
