Tech4 Limited is seeking a experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join our technical team in Worcester on a hybrid basis.
You will act as senior escalation point, support Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and infrastructure, and work with Helpdesk and Field Engineers on complex incidents.
In this role you will diagnose and resolve advanced issues, contribute to projects and migrations, and help deliver resilient IT environments for our diverse client base.
A UK driving licence is preferred.
