About the Role
We are building the Voice AI for skilled service businesses — an AI-powered voice assistant helping beauty, wellness, and home service entrepreneurs run and grow their operations. This is a part-time contract position (20-25 hours/week) available across major metropolitan areas in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits and observations of target merchants (salons, spas, barbershops, tailors, nail techs, etc.).
- Utilize decision trees to identify key operational areas (Revenue, Marketing, Bookings, Inventory, Personalization).
- Document workflows, customer interactions, and tool usage patterns.
- Test AI assistant interactions across different operational areas.
- Recruit 5-10 pilot merchants monthly for live trials.
- Collaborate with Community Ambassadors on research and onboarding alignment.
