We are currently hiring an experienced Desktop Support / EUC Engineer for an onsite enterprise support role. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in desktop support, deskside troubleshooting, and enterprise IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Support Windows 10/11 and basic macOS environments
- Troubleshoot Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, and peripherals
- Work with SCCM, Microsoft Intune & ServiceNow
- Handle Active Directory administration and user support
- Device imaging, deployment, patching & lifecycle management
- Follow ITIL processes for incident and request management
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Desktop Support / EUC / IT Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune & ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Active Directory and networking fundamentals
