Are you an experienced Parts person in the Motor trade looking for a new opportunity. Here at Tech Trucks we are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our depot in Eardisley, Herefordshire HR3 6NR on a full time, permanent basis.
The Parts Manager is to provide a comprehensive parts sales, advice and support service to all customers promoting MAN parts sales both in the Branch and mobile.
Some of the activities that you will be involved in will include but may not be limited to:
- Processing any parts related enquires giving the correct identification and information required.
- Promote MAN parts in compliance with customer upselling guidelines
- Manage parts sales with the objective of meeting Branch Parts Targets
- Manage stock room duties.
- Attend any training course as deemed necessary by the Service manager
- Ensure compliance and achievement of CSI and UTP targets
- Ensure workstation and parts dept complies with 5S programme
- Liaise with customers and assist with any queries, keeping up with progress
- Manage the Parts Department standards, adhere and uphold all ISO9001 requirements
- Provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
- Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.
- Comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures.
- Mentoring and developing the Parts Apprentice Role
- Undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required.

Experience & Requirements:
- Commercial vehicle Parts : 3 years (preferred)
- Good analytical skills
- Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
- Good telephone manner

- Organizational and administration skills
The role is full-time permanent Monday to Friday.
