An early-stage B2B SaaS company seeks a Lead Software Engineer to join their UK based team. The role requires significant experience across Full‑stack Engineering in addition to experience leading software engineers.
The company is an AI‑first B2B business that transforms the way businesses operate. It has raised early‑stage funding and built a team of 10 to deliver against this mission. The team come from some of the UK’s most exciting technology scale‑ups and are well placed to execute.
The role requires significant Full‑Stack Engineering experience, including the backend, frontend and platform. It’s responsible for leading other engineers while remaining fully hands‑on as an engineer. It will not suit someone who has formally managed teams and not been hands‑on.
