A technology company based in central London has secured their series A funding round to further expand their business. This AI-native team has a product that enables businesses to harness the power of AI across various external data points. They are sub-20 people and looking to double the size of their team this year.
They are now excited to bring on a Talent Partner to assist in hiring across various GTM and engineering functions as they scale their London team. The role will report to the co-founders and requires someone with experience in setting up talent functions for early stage teams.
About you
- You will have experience in not only setting up talent functions for early stage teams, but also:
- Sourcing GTM and engineering talent, primarily in London
- Driving employer branding and generating inbound talent
- Coordinating the talent pipeline from initial stages to onboarding
- Screening your own pipeline of talent as the first point of contact
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners across hiring
- Providing reports on progress and identifying new ways to secure talent
- Operating autonomously and with high urgency
We are looking for a Talent Partner with experience in hiring across GTM and engineering for early stage teams to join as soon as possible. The role requires experience in the end to end recruitment process within a company, though experience hiring as an external recruiter is welcome too.
The company will provide a MacBook, all the tools and services needed to be successful in the role - including a home setup to help with the days away from the office.
