We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property investment and management business with a large residential portfolio across London. This role is ideal for a proactive Residential Property Manager looking to progress their career within a friendly and supportive organisation. This is a permanent, full-time role based in London, supporting the Residential Property team and ensuring the health and safety compliance of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day residential property operations across a portfolio of ~600 units
- Work with external assessors and contractors to conduct and review fire risk assessments, asbestos surveys, and legionella surveys
- Ensure accurate recording and timely updating of compliance information in H&S systems
- Complete HMO license applications and attend properties for essential assessments
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Prioritise workload effectively, handling tenant and contractor queries with a professional approach
- Support and maintain high levels of health & safety compliance across the portfolio
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 12 months experience in residential property management
- Understanding of health & safety compliance in residential properties
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with property databases such as Horizon or Meridian desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator and problem solver
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
- Full clean driving license desirable
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
