We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property investment and management business with a large residential portfolio across London. This role is ideal for a proactive Residential Property Manager looking to progress their career within a friendly and supportive organisation. This is a permanent, full-time role based in London, supporting the Residential Property team and ensuring the health and safety compliance of the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day residential property operations across a portfolio of ~600 units
  • Work with external assessors and contractors to conduct and review fire risk assessments, asbestos surveys, and legionella surveys
  • Ensure accurate recording and timely updating of compliance information in H&S systems
  • Complete HMO license applications and attend properties for essential assessments
  • Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Prioritise workload effectively, handling tenant and contractor queries with a professional approach
  • Support and maintain high levels of health & safety compliance across the portfolio

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 12 months experience in residential property management
  • Understanding of health & safety compliance in residential properties
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with property databases such as Horizon or Meridian desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and problem solver
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
  • Full clean driving license desirable

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
