A leading contractor is seeking a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to support the delivery of energy-efficiency programmes across the North East. This full-time role involves managing the full PAS2035 process, coordinating retrofit surveys, supporting software and customer journey improvements, and ensuring full TrustMark compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full PAS2035 assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring process
- Manage retrofit surveys to ensure quality and compliance
- Support delivery across SHDF, LAD, ECO and other funded schemes
- Provide accurate RdSAP and SAP modelling and guidance
- Manage PAS2035 TrustMark lodgements to support funding drawdown
Requirements:
- Retrofit Coordinator qualification
- Domestic Energy Assessor & OCDEA credentials
- Experience managing survey processes within housing refurbishment
- Strong team-management skills
- Minimum 3 years construction industry experience
- Full UK driving licence
