Retrofit Coordinator North East

A leading contractor is seeking a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to support the delivery of energy‑efficiency programmes across the North East. This full‑time role involves managing the full PAS2035 process, coordinating retrofit surveys, supporting software and customer journey improvements, and ensuring full TrustMark compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full PAS2035 assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring process
• Manage retrofit surveys to ensure quality and compliance
• Support delivery across SHDF, LAD, ECO and other funded schemes
• Provide accurate RdSAP and SAP modelling and guidance
• Manage PAS2035 TrustMark lodgements to support funding drawdown

Requirements

• Retrofit Coordinator qualification
• Domestic Energy Assessor & OCDEA credentials
• Experience managing survey processes within housing refurbishment
• Strong team‑management skills
• Minimum 3 years construction industry experience
• Full UK driving licence
