You\'ll lead the bid process across services such as responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and retrofit projects, producing high-quality submissions that help win new contracts.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate end-to-end bid submissions for housing and construction projects
Write clear, compelling responses for tenders, PQQs, and proposals
Work with commercial, operational, and technical teams to gather input
Ensure all submissions are compliant, professional, and meet deadlines
Support bid strategy and continuous improvement of content
Experience in bid writing or bid management, ideally in the housing, construction, or FM sectors
Understanding of services such as responsive maintenance, planned works, or retrofit/decarbonisation
