Digital Operations Manager/Service Delivery Manager β Lead, Innovate, Transform
We\βre looking for an experienced Digital Operations Manager to take ownership of our digital ecosystem and drive operational excellence across our organisation. This is a key leadership role where you\βll guide a talented team of IT professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
You\βll oversee the daily running of digital systems, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability. You\βll manage application support activities, streamline processes, and work closely with technical project teams to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget. Cyber security and compliance will be central to your work, ensuring our organisation remains protected and aligned with standards such as GDPR and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Quality assurance will sit under your remit, where you\βll champion robust testing practices and maintain high standards across all digital products. You\βll also play a strategic role, identifying opportunities to optimise operations, enhance efficiency, and shape long-term digital improvements. As the primary point of contact for digital operations, you\βll communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide clear updates, and ensure alignment across teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital or IT operations management, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent understanding of infrastructure and application support, project delivery expertise, cyber security knowledge, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
