Lead Software Engineer is required by this B2B Fintech business as they look to improve their product platform offering and build on their client success. You'll be expected to take more technical leadership than managerial responsibilities, promoting better engineering practice, driving technology improvements and leading from a strong hands-on perspective.
This is a web-based reporting platform written in Python and Django, and your decisions around the technical direction will be critical in the future success of the business and how they continue to deliver to their clients. You'll be working on the improvement of their platform, leading feature development, liaising with stakeholders and Product teams internally, working through the entire life cycle. Designing and implementing new software solutions, providing technical guidance to a small team, ideally offering experience across:

- FastAPI/Flask beneficial
- AWS
- Agile
