About the Role

We’re looking for Cisco-certified network engineers/technicians to handle on-site Cisco support tasks across Leeds and nearby regions. Ideal for professionals seeking flexible, hands-on work in the networking field.

Key Responsibilities

• On-site Cisco hardware diagnostics and replacements
• Installation and configuration of routers, switches, and access points
• Layer 1 and Layer 2 troubleshooting
• Rack setup, patch panel terminations, and basic cabling tasks
• Work closely with remote network teams for configuration assistance
• Submit site reports and client documentation after each job

Requirements

• Active Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP, or higher)
• Prior field or dispatch experience with Cisco devices
• Good understanding of network fundamentals and cabling
• Must have a laptop with internet access and a basic tool kit
• Ready to travel locally for on-demand site visits
