I'm working with a busy regional civils contractor who has secured another major project in Leamington Spa and is looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager on a freelance basis.
This isn't a paperwork-only role – they need someone who's happy being out on site, leading from the front and keeping the job moving.
The project includes a good mix of drainage, reinforced concrete structures and pumping station works, so you'll need to have delivered similar schemes before.
What you'll be doing
- Running the project day-to-day from site.
- Managing site teams, engineers and subcontractors.
- Making sure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
- Liaising with the client and reporting progress.
- Dealing with any issues before they become problems.
