Freelance Project Manager Civils | Drainage | RC | Pumping Stations Leamington Spa | Freelance | Immediate Start | Long-Term Project I m working with a busy regional civils contractor who has secured another major project in Leamington Spa and is looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager on a freelance basis.
This isn t a paperwork-only role they need someone who s happy being out on site, leading from the front and keeping the job moving.
The project includes a good mix of drainage, reinforced concrete structures and pumping station works, so you ll need to have delivered similar schemes before.
What you ll be doing: * Running the project day-to-day from site. * Managing site teams, engineers and subcontractors. * Making sure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. * Liaising with the client and reporting progress. * Dealing with any issues before they become problems. * Driving the programme and keeping everything moving.
What they re looking for: * Solid background delivering civil engineering projects. * Experience with drainage, RC structures and pumping stations is essential. * Able to manage programmes, budgets and site teams. * Good communicator who can build relationships with clients and the workforce. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. * Available to start at short notice.
