Site Agent – Permanent Hampshire / Berkshire / Surrey National Civils Contractor We’re looking for an experienced Site Agent to join a national civil engineering contractor on a permanent basis, working across various heavy civils projects throughout Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. We need someone from a proper Tier 1 / main contractor background who has experience delivering major civil engineering schemes, particularly highways and structures. What we’re looking for: * Experienced Site Agent within heavy civils * Tier 1 / major main contractor experience essential * Strong highways experience * Structures experience – bridges, concrete structures, retaining structures etc. * Good engineering and technical background * Confident managing subcontractors and site teams * Strong on programme, H&S and overall site delivery * Comfortable dealing with clients and project stakeholders * Ideally located centrally to Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey, with no more than around 1.5 hours' travel to each area This is a permanent position with a national contractor that has a strong pipeline of major civils and infrastructure work across the region.
