Shawbrook is seeking a Regional Development Manager to cover the North East. You will manage broker and introducer relationships and drive the volume and quality of business in the region, while supporting the Sales and Marketing strategy for the commercial lending division.
You will develop a strategy for regional business levels, grow the introducer network, and train partners to maximise conversions. You will also provide regular reporting and collaborate with Credit teams on deal evaluation.
