Salary: £40,000 Basic OTE £50,000+

Our client, a market-leading security integrator, is seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to join their team in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-end security projects while developing your skills in a supportive environment that prioritises quality and continuous improvement.

Position Overview

As an Installation Engineer, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional integrated security solutions for clients nationwide. You'll oversee the installation of Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Detection systems, ensuring every project meets the highest industry standards. Your work will directly contribute to protecting businesses and communities while representing the company as an ambassador on site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee installations of Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Detection systems

• Ensure all work complies with company and industry standards

• Gather, maintain and update project documentation accurately

• Plan, organise and prioritise your workload effectively

• Complete detailed work reports using internal tools including MS Teams and SimPRO

• Coordinate work and provide guidance to team members and subcontractors

• Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, plant equipment and work areas

• Comply with Health & Safety standards at all times

• Make observations and recommendations for quotations regarding system dilapidation

• Collaborate across departments and work autonomously when required

Requirements

• Strong background in installation, preferably electrical

• Significant experience installing containment systems, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and CCTV

• Clear understanding of relevant British Standards

• Computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Office

• GCSE level C+ in Mathematics, English & Science (or equivalent)

• N.V.Q Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Legal right to work in the UK

• Willingness to travel regularly in the UK and abroad

Desirable:

• ECS Card

• Experience with Milestone XProtect, Axis or Bosch CCTV systems

• Experience with Inner Range, Gallagher, Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom Premier Elite or Advancis WinGuard
