Responsibilities:
- Prepare briefs, scopes of work and technical inputs for bid proposals and security design projects.
- Deliver technical security design solutions adhering to relevant design standards, codes and best practice.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to meet key milestones and programme requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated security design solutions.
- Conduct threat and risk analysis, security risk assessments and counter-terrorism design work.
- Develop security strategies, master-planning schemes and physical or electronic security system designs.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the design process and delivery.
- Support the development of security governance, policies and procedures meeting legislative and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in an appropriate discipline (engineering, security, risk management or related field).
- Proven experience delivering design solutions within multidisciplinary teams.
- Sound knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Threat and risk analysis or security risk management.
- Security strategies, schemes and master-planning.
- Counter-terrorism design.
- Physical security design.
- Electronic security systems design.
- Blast effects analysis.
- Continuity and resilience planning for security threats.
