Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of integrated security projects, acting as the primary point of contact for end users and M&E contractors. This pivotal role involves managing project budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated security projects across multiple London sites.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for end users and M&E contractors.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring full commercial responsibility and P&L control.
  • Coordinate resources across contracts, including in-house engineers and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.
  • Oversee system commissioning, quality checks, and handover documentation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project delivery within the security systems or building services sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of integrated systems such as CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
  • Comfortable working with enterprise-level clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working alongside M&E contractors and understanding of site-based coordination.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
