London & South East up to £40,000 to £45,000 Basic + Overtime + Travel Time + Company Vehicle

Are you an Installation Engineer looking to work on large scale enterprise security and fire projects rather than small domestic installations? We're supporting a growing fire and security integrator that is looking to appoint three Installation Engineers to join their projects team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close knit business where engineers are valued, supported, and given genuine opportunities to develop their skills across some of the industry's leading technologies.

Working as part of a dedicated projects team, you'll be involved in the installation and delivery of enterprise level security and fire systems across a range of commercial and high profile customer sites.

The Role

  • Installation of enterprise security and fire systems
  • Working alongside Project Engineers, Commissioning Engineers and Project Managers to deliver projects successfully
  • Installing CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire systems
  • Reading and working from drawings and project documentation
  • Ensuring installations are completed to a high standard and within project timescales
  • Working across London and the South East region with occasional travel further afield when required

Training can be provided on specific systems for engineers with a strong installation background.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience installing electronic security and/or fire systems
  • Good understanding of structured cabling, networking and IP based technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
  • Strong customer facing and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence

Engineers with a background in security systems, fire systems, or both are encouraged to apply.
