Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 basic salary

- Install and commission fire detection and life safety systems to specification and relevant fire safety standards
- Carry out service and preventative maintenance visits, identifying potential issues before they become problems
- Diagnose and repair faults in fire detection systems, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime
- Perform small works and system upgrades, enhancing existing installations where required
- Test and maintain emergency lighting systems, ensuring full compliance and operational readiness
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing professional and reliable service at every visit
- Ensure all work meets relevant fire safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Support the company's growth by delivering consistent, high-quality workmanship and customer care
- Proven experience installing, commissioning, servicing, and maintaining fire detection systems
- Hands-on knowledge of industry-standard fire detection brands including Gent, Notifier, Morley, Advanced, Kentec, C Tec, Apollo, and Hochiki
- Experience with aspirating detection systems such as VESDA
- Competence in testing, maintenance, and small works on emergency lighting systems
- Understanding of relevant fire safety standards and compliance requirements
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
