Position Overview:

As General Manager, EMEA, you'll lead the execution of strategic and operational objectives across the region, ensuring consistent service delivery and strong financial performance. You'll oversee P&L management, regional cash flow, and budget development whilst building customer relationships that drive recurring revenue. This role sits at the heart of the business, requiring you to balance commercial acumen with operational discipline, leading teams across multiple countries and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver EMEA strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market realities.
  • Manage regional P&L, balance sheet performance, and cash flow with clear accountability for financial results.
  • Develop annual operating expense budgets and prepare business cases for capital expenditure.
  • Analyse and report quarterly financial results to senior leadership with accuracy and insight.
  • Oversee complex project delivery including subcontractor management and main contractor delivery models.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and grow recurring revenue.
  • Lead, develop and engage regional teams, supporting career growth and performance management.
  • Review sales forecasts and support quality assurance initiatives across the region.
  • Drive change management initiatives and lead internal and external customer service improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other general managers and shared service leaders.
  • Monitor operational alignment and maintain discipline in reporting, planning and risk management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of leadership experience delivering complex projects in security integration.
  • Proven track record managing P&L, gross margin drivers and financial performance at regional level.
  • Strong understanding of accounting practices and commercial acumen.
  • Experience leading teams in international business environments with people management expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and main contractor delivery models.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised and accountable approach to work with auditable processes.
  • Ability to navigate change, manage risk and align strategy with market realities.
  • Self-starter who manages time effectively and is committed to continuous learning.
  • Team-first mindset with ability to motivate through empathy and lead by example.
  • Technical knowledge of security platforms such as Lenel, C-Cure and Milestone (desirable but not essential).
  • Solid foundation in electronic security systems (desirable but not essential).
