This Procurement Manager role is central to the company's operational success. You'll oversee all procurement activities, from sourcing materials and placing orders to managing stores and coordinating delivery schedules. Your work directly supports both project teams and service operations, ensuring materials arrive on time and within budget. You'll also manage supplier relationships, control inventory, monitor costs and implement process improvements that strengthen the entire supply chain.

  • Source materials and place orders efficiently, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery coordination.
  • Oversee stores and stock control, maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock takes.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms and conduct performance reviews to mitigate supply chain issues.
  • Monitor material costs and support margin delivery through effective cost control and invoice validation.
  • Plan and coordinate procurement schedules, ensuring material availability for project and service teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and drive quality standards.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on procurement performance, stock levels and supplier metrics.
