We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a well-known retail company. This is a permanent & full-time position, where you will be needed onsite in their London office.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing support to staff via multiple communication channels including phone, video, chat, in person and email
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Keeping inventory accurate and assessing the requirement for IT equipment
- Supporting with other activities such as account creation, laptop imaging and configuration, desk setup, mobile configuration, equipment distribution and collection etc.
Key requirements:
- Background in 1st and 2nd line IT support
- A good understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop deployment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
