This range is provided by Tech Pursuit. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range Business Solutions Architect - Permanent – £80,000 to £85,000 plus benefits.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect to join a leading retail company. You will be responsible for designing solutions across their corporate functions including Finance, Property & HR. This is a hybrid role with travel to their London office needed 3 days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, Legal & Property and provide solution designs, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Work with the business & tech SME’s to identify and translate requirements into tech solutions.
- Partner with external suppliers in assisting with the delivery of technical solutions.
- Support the IT leadership team in continually improving technology within the company.

- Solution design experience across either HR, Property or Finance systems (HCM/PMS/ERP).
- Experience within retail would be advantageous but not essential.
