We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Delivery Manager to join a growing organisation. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of customer solutions such as web, CRM & loyalty. This is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite in London 3 days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Working with Product Owners, BA's, Architects and operational team to ensure the right solutions are implemented
- Working with cross-functional teams in a software practice, ensuring the work fed into scrum teams is of the right technical quality
- Partnering with suppliers, providing oversight to ensure consistently high quality delivery across projects
- Developing and maintaining a rolling backlog across the platform
- Collaborating with business teams to understand and deliver their application requirements
What we are looking for:
- Proven digital delivery experience in areas such as E-commerce/Web, CMS, CRM & loyalty
- Experience working with 3rd party development teams
- Previous experience working in a B2C industry such as Retail, Hospitality or Travel
- Excellent communication skills
