Payment Processing Administrator Permanent Salary: Dependent on experience Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Hours: 9-5pm – Mon-Fri flexible. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payment Processing Administrator to work within a growing company in the offshore recruitment industry. Having some accounting and finance experience would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training can be given. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the role. Job Description: * Processing Contractor timesheets and expenses * Raising Client invoices * Data imputing into spreadsheets * Resolving payment queries * Chasing Purchase Orders * Other Ad Hoc Finance admin task * Manage team email inbox * Respond to employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues in a timely manner. Who we’re looking for: * Excellent attention to detail. * Proficient in Excel * Strong literacy and numeracy skills * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Planning and organisational abilities, able to prioritise workload accordingly and work to tight deadlines * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Team Player * Ability to accurately process large volumes of data in a timely manner
